Le Pliage Green Recycled Canvas Large Shoulder Tote

I purchased this as a Christmas present for my friend and she absolutely loved it. She had been wanting another Longchamp LE Pilage bag and the color is perfect for the holiday season. Only bummer was, that there was no original tags on the bag, which makes it a little odd for gifting.

I considered getting a Le Pliage for ages and when I stumbled upon this one on sale, I finally went for it. This burgundy color is very beautiful and goes perfectly with my fall wardrobe. This tote is in the large size and it fits a lot, including my bulky work laptop, with ease. I plan on using it for travel as well because it is so spacious, chic, and durable (don’t have to baby the material). I was hesitant about it being too big for every day and it has been a downside for me personally, but it hasn’t been a dealbreaker. Because of the size it is hard to get the bag open and I have to remove it from my shoulder every time to get something in and out, which can be a big hassle. Overall, I am quite happy with the purchase (especially given the discount) and I see myself buying a smaller size/other colors.

I tried twice to purchase the Pomegranate version -- one bag had faded spots on the front, and the other had poor stitching where the handles attached to the bag. The light gray lining had come through to the dark red exterior, and it was very noticeable. These bags just don't seem to be as high quality as they once were. I'll hold on to what I already have!
