Too tight around hips
I’ve never had an issue buying plus size clothing usually it’s made to fit, but this feels like somebody decided to throw a 2X on regular clothing without making the correct adjustments. First the arms are too short. Second, the first layer on the dress around the hips is too tight. There’s enough fabric, but the seam is too tight. I will be returning.
