Floral cap sleeve fit and flare

Was not true to size. I bought this dress 1 size up because I really liked it and that was the only size available for me, it was extremely tight, very disappointing.

Fit and Flare floral dress

I love the color combination I chose (blue/green) and the dress is as pictured. It runs a bit tight in the bust. The fabric is heavier weight than I anticipated. overall, it is a good dress for work to early evening affairs or for garden tea party.
