Eyelet Fit & Flare Dress

What a fantastic dress! I ordered it on a whim along with 2 other (LBD) dresses that I felt certain would be the actual winners for my SIL's wedding. While all 3 were gorgeous this one fit the bill perfectly! It's very fitted on top - not uncomfortable, but very supportive. The listing said it fits c cup or smaller best - I would say that is true, however I haven't been a C cup since before I got pregnant with my first and this still fits gorgeously - there is just little to no room for a normal bra. I'll find something for comfort coverage, but this dress is fitted and supportive enough that I'd probably be okay with out, as well (and that is saying something). The fit n' flare waist hits right at my smallest point on my natural waist and lends a gorgeous hourglass figure. The length is perfect on me, which I can't often say as I'm 6' tall and most things are awkwardly short on me. The color is rich navy and the lining is a frosty blue as well, so there is no "naked" dress feeling that I tend to get with nude lined lace dresses. The scoop neck is flattering as is the v-back. Fun design with a hint of 50's flare. The skirt has the tiniest little bit of tulle to keep it from falling limp, but certainly not enough to make it stand up too formally. A classic style with a touch of color and pizzazz make this a winner!

This dress seems as though it were made for me! The waist is a bit high, which fits me perfectly as I am short-waisted! The front might drop a bit low on some people, but on me it was just right. The lace is elegant, the underlay is a silvery blue. The length hits me just below my knee, which gives it a classy fifties party dress feel. The cut of the shoulders and back allows for the wear of a normal bra (which I appreciate!). This dress is wonderful; I couldn't be happier with my purchase! The measurement range on this dress seems a bit small (I usually wear a 12-14, but had to order a 16!)
