Audrey Pointed Toe Kitten Heel Pump (Women)

The shoes are beautiful but Nordstrom Rack sent me size 36 instead of 39. Inside sticker with price was showing 39 but the shoe box and show displayed visibly “36”. The shoes were sent negligently packed with no lid- just in a plastic bag so the shoes arrived destroyed from rubbing one another. Not first time: my previous order arrived also in a plastic bag- no box at all ( not even the bottom part of the box). No care as to the customer - like who does the shipping does it in spite.

These shoes hurt so bad, it’s insane. The toe box makes a perfect V, no human woman’s toes are shaped like that. Bought these in Paris so could not return. They were fine while trying them on standing still, but the toe box issue quickly becomes apparent when you walk for more than 20 minutes. A pity because they look fine.
