Gross smell and taste
I don’t know what else to say. The smell and inevitable taste, since it goes on your lips, is nothing short of disgusting. I had to immediately wipe it off and in the bin it went. I hope the GWP is sufficiently worth it to cover the loss of this product. It smells and feels like slathering your lips with what I would imagine raw whale blubber is like. Don’t buy it!

Poor new formula
I had used the lip balm for many, many years. It kept my lips soft & moisturized. And then bam, a new and “improved” (HA!) formula. Now the balm disappears in seconds leaving my lips extremely dry. This lip balm is an absolute waste of money and woefully underwhelming.
