Bummed
I was so bummed when I received this towel set- based on the reviews they sounded like the perfect plush, hotel-quality towels I was looking for. However, they were not soft at all and very thin. I tried washing and fluffing them, but they were still not soft and nowhere near hotel quality. Thankfully Nordstrom has amazing customer service and they made it right.
