Sadly will be returning. I’m normally a size 5 in this brand and this one was too small—could barely get my foot in. Appearance wise, it looks good.

Had to get a half size up
I normally wear a 4 and recently returned a similar Gianvito Rossi in a size 34 for being too large. This shoe in a size 4 was the smallest shoe I have tried on in recent memory and I ended up sizing up to a 4.5 which fits great. The size 4 may work for you if you find most 4s too large and you have narrow feet. If you have wide to average feet, definitely size up.
