Arch support missing
I have several pair of Bzees that I wear all the time because of the expert support they provide for my plantar fasciitis. The new pair I just received are absolutely flat with no arch. I purchased them because they said they had a cushiony arch support. Because they are on clearance I cannot return them. What am I supposed to do with them now since I can’t wear them and they can’t be returned? I am extremely disappointed and feel I should be refunded my money!

Disappointed with new Bzees shoe.
I have had several pairs of Bzees shoes in the past. I loved the cushioning and the footbed. When I saw this shoe I thought it would be the same comfy inside. It was not. The cushioning is gone as is any support in the footbed.

Love these shoes!
I wanted some red shoes for summer and these are perfect. Very comfortable and they support my feet for walking.

Why don’t they fit?
When I found BGee shoes, I could order a 7.5 and know that they would fit every time. Now they seemed to have changed and sometimes they fit and sometimes they don’t. It’s disappointing that the consistency I have before is not there anymore. These shoes are way too big. Not sure if buying a smaller size will help. I’m very disappointed.

Great fit and super comfy!
Such cute and comfortable shoes! They look great with skirts, dresses, but can be worn with shorts and capris too. I have wide feet and these in 8W fir well.
