Chelsea Platform Penny Loafer (Women)

I wanted to order this and carefully read the reviews across the internet. My takeaway was that it ran a little big and that it also ran narrow per other reviews. I usually wear a size 9. While I never order a wide shoe I would say my foot tends to be on the wider side. After ordering and returning an 8.5M, and 8.5 W, and an 8, I'm giving up. Both 8.5 shoes were too big and the 8 was too small. My guess is that the manufacturing is inconsistent and you may get lucky and find a shoe that fits or you may have my experience which is that you won't be able to make it work.
