The high-rise fit and wide barrel leg give off such a trendy, relaxed vibe that still feels age-appropriate. They’re stylish without looking too grown-up—perfect for a kid who wants to dress cool but stay comfortable. The material is a nice mid-weight denim with a little stretch, so it moves with her when she’s playing or running around. I also really appreciate the adjustable waistband inside—it’s a lifesaver when kids are between sizes. She’s on the slimmer side, and these jeans fit perfectly once we cinched the waist a bit. One thing to note: the button closure can be a little tricky for younger kids to manage on their own. My sister in law is 10 so she’s fine with it, but I could see it being a challenge for someone younger. Overall, I’d say these jeans are a win.
