shoes fell apart after second time wearing

I absolutely love the design of these shoes, and the leather seems to be good quality. Unfortunately, after wearing them to work only twice, the entire bottom of one shoe completely fell off. It’s very disappointing because I really liked the shoes, but the sole is clearly not designed or constructed well enough for regular wear. I expected much better durability.

falling apart within an hour

I am OBSESSED with these shoes. So much so that I probably will get them fixed. But within one hour of wearing them for the very first time, the heel just fell off when I was walking through the airport. And I can feel the second one is loose and about to fall off as well. At this price point - that’s just incredibly disappointing craftsmanship
