Needle Trench Coat

This was then most difficult coat shopping experience I've ever had. This coat is very nice and well made, it's beautiful. I bought the Navy color as well. Construction is solid, detailed and elegant without being overdone. Looks quite military inspired all buttoned up, but relaxed and chic opened or butterfly collared. Cons: the bust and back... and upper hip are built narrow. This seems to require a streamlined torso. I am 5'4 feet 147lbs and am 36DD bra size/ 40 inch bust line with small shoulders. So I bought a Small initally. It fit but was too tight in the back and smooshed my boobs flat, but everywhere else fit well. I decided to order a large the next day. It came in the mail quickly, it is too Large, but when I bend over I notice the same tightness in the back & upper torso area. I was in tears. Next day I ordered a Medium, it fit perfectly! However, there is still that snugness in the back and chest area when I reach for something or bend forward or sit, but I'm keeping it figuring it's just the construction. This needs to be improved. Sorry I had the flash on so you cannot see how lovely the color and style of the coat is. Some pictures are of me in the Large size and the Medium. Get your size. True to size.
