Catiana Platform Sandal (Women)

I wore these maybe 3-4 times to work after I purchased them adn then boxed them up for the fall/winter. They have been in my closet, in the box since last summer. I just pulled them out to wear them again and noticed the cork/fabric has split everywhere. On top and around the heels. They also seem discolored, it is almost as if the cork rotted. These were also only worn indoors on wood floor at work so I am even more shocked that they did not hold up. First time buying this brand. I have cork wedges I've worn for 5-6 years and do not have any issues like this. I am really in shock over this. As for comfort, they were very comfortable, I could wear longer if needed but only work for 3-4 hours at a time at work.
