Absolutely unacceptable customer service and quality control from Nordstrom. I received these shoes in what was clearly USED and WORN condition. The suede was dirty, there were obvious toe marks crushed into the suede, and the bottoms were black and visibly worn. These were not minor imperfections or “returns” that could reasonably be passed off as new merchandise. After spending 1.5 HOURS on the phone with Nordstrom customer service and sending multiple emails, the best Nordstrom could offer was to price match a BRAND-NEW pair from Bloomingdale’s for $24 less. That completely misses the point. I paid Nordstrom for new shoes and received a used pair. I should not have to spend hours fighting with customer service to receive what I originally purchased. The photos speak for themselves. For a retailer known for its reputation and high-end merchandise, this level of quality control and customer service is completely unacceptable. I expected far better from Nordstrom.
