Arrived Damaged - Disappointed
These boots arrived damaged - the suede was rubbed and the color had rubbed off where they’d been rattling around loose in the box. There was dye inside the box where it had rubbed off. They weren’t wrapped or packed at all, so it’s not surprising that they were damaged in shipping. Very disappointing!

Worn suede on each shoe in several places. Boots bought on the final sale so the store in Framingham MA did not accept return and advised to call to customer service. it is a shame they must of take it back and give twice as much $amount back for this is a fraudulent business on the Nordstrom Rack part.

More purple than navy
