Lambskin Leather Biker Jacket

Really like the color and style of this leather jacket. However, I typically order a size 2 in L’AGENCE blazers which is in the extra small range. I read reviews about how it runs small so I decided to go ahead and size up to a medium. I like my jackets and blazers to be a little roomy in the shoulders, even though I like them tailored through the waist. I have a slender build and always read the sizing when I purchase items at Nordstrom because things can vary . This jacket was so incredibly small. I tried it on with a sweater and without. It fit with the sweater. It fits snuggly either way, but I wouldn’t be able to move around or reach for anything without pulling on the seams at the shoulders and the bust. Also the sleeves were about an inch or two too short. It’s frustrating to get a winter item that is too short in the arms. That’s one of the reasons I sized up. The zipper is not great quality either. It has two zippers. When fully closed there’s a zipper at the top and a zipper at the bottom which you can adjust upper down at either end. However, it doesn’t zip smoothly. It got stuck the first time I put it on, and I had difficulty not damaging it to get the zipper to move properly. Would love to keep it, but I don’t think I can. The pricing didn’t match the quality.

The leather is beautiful and is a versatile, neural tone that will go with anything. It runs very small in the arms. I ordered my usual size medium and I could barely move my arms in it. I think I could go up a size or two for sure if they are to come available. Definitely size up one if you are lucky enough to snag this one.
