Best padded heels at Nordstrom

I love how this brand prioritizes women’s comfort. But they need to remove the adjustable, stretchy slingback buckle, because this is my second pair of l’agence heels that are defective on both left and right shoes. I also would have liked the metal ring to be fully covered by the leather. Will buy future l’Agence shoes, but the slingbacks have issues.
