Flattering vertical pleating detail.
I purchased this Lafayette 148 silk blouse in their color "Cloud," which translates to a subtle off-white.
LOVE the slimming vertical pleat detail!LOVE the slightly edgy fray/fringe on each pleat. A true designer quality detail.
The fully lined blouse is polyester-lycra. Why not cupro or silk? The two-ply lining stabilizes the very light-weight
silk shell, but polyester lining for many women in or post-menopause, is a sweating alert. Therefore, only a four-star review.
Happy that this was on sale because the original $898 price was overly expensive for this item.
