It's ok....with reservations
I purchased this to use as a stand alone scarf. The material is ok-not premium (absolutely not worth the original price) and the printed design is clear-not smudged or blurry. I very carefully pulled out the stitching that makes it a halter top and use it as a regular scarf-I cannot imagine anyone in their right mind using this AS a halter top tho.
