Worn and smell like fabric softener
Love these jeans but they smell so strong of fabric softener. Can’t reorder and get a replacement because they are sold out! Nordstrom should have refunded me my money regardless because they sent me a worn used item! I called them and they told me they could not help me. Bad customer service!!

I own at least a dozen pairs of pants in this brand, typically size 12 to 14, ordered a 12 because I read they ran large and I was swimming in these. Disappointing because I liked the color, stretch and cut.

Way longer than indicated
The details indicate these are a 26” inseam. They are more like 29-30. At the advertised inseam they should rest well above my ankle. As delivered, I could wear them as full length pants.

weird coloring
These pants are nice other than the top front of legs appear to be “whiskered”, faded, look like they are dust covered! This is the only place the material looks like this. Photo attached.
