Package never received poor customer service
never received my package and this company is not trustworthy, I Dont trust their carriers/delivery driver it just gives fraud....I wish they cared more about their clients, need to fix issues with delivery, there's no reason why my packages are not being delivered to the right place. & the fact after all the inconvenience caused im still without my refund or products I'm no longer I have to go back to the actual Nordstrom cause I'm not treated horrible there, very disappointed in the service received.

Gorgeous details and top notch quality. The multicolored crystals on top of the suede olive is insanity. The foot of the bag with “KURT” in Bronze is a true chef’s kiss. Amazing Bag overall!

This is a beautiful suede and quality leather. The chains are slightly heavy, but you can crossbody or carry in crook of your arm if that is a concern.
The bird ornament is multicolored rainbow crystals. It is medium to large capacity. I love it!
