I don’t know why the poor reviews. I absolutely love mine! Everyone who sees it tells me they love it, too. The smaller bag inside doesn’t look as great in the pictures as it is in really life. It is so cute as a separate bag and fits a lot of stuff. I even put mail envelopes in it. It’s really worth getting!

Those little beads fall apart. I bought this bag in August and I took it out the dust bag for the first time to wear this weekend as I went on a trip with my family. Two to three beads fell out immediately and the plastic that holds the beads together were bunched up and visible in certain places. Now this bag was never worn. I do not buy a bag like this to wear it the same day or week or even the same month? This type of bag needs a special occasion and outfit Now it’s past40 days and I can’t return it. This is unacceptable because how would I know the bag is damaged by just looking at it and admiring it when I first bought it. This is the second item I bought that is damaged and now I can’t return it. Waste of money!

I was so excited when I came home to discover the box from Nordstrom because I knew this bag was inside. I had plans for that bag....until, I hoped the box. I was appalled when I found one of the straps was broken and someone tried to, with little effort, to reattach it. ALSO, the small bag that is supposed to be inside of the big bag was missing. I could not believe someone would have sent this item to be accepted. If the smaller bag was included, I would have taken the bag somewhere to see if it could be fixed properly. I was soooo disappointed in Nordstrom and they need to find who sent that product because it NEVER should have left the warehouse in that condition. Please understand, this is not a knock against the Kirk Geiger product. It was beautiful bar the destruction of the handle.

Stunning bag that is beautiful, goes with everything and is a head turner. Every store I go into or outing I attend, I hear from others how much they love my bag. This bag makes me "happy"! I agree/concur with the reviewer (Nirdiesta) who commented about the pouch inside - beautiful drawstring bag for your belongings and am shocked this doesn't get a 5 star review from every purchaser!! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!!!!!

I purchased this for a resort vacation. I loved it. Great size and it looked perfect with all my outfits. But I was pretty unhappy to find the nice blouses I wore on the trip had mysterious smudges at the end. The handle of this bag (which is meant to be carried on the shoulder) has a transferable dye that stains garments. To be honest, it took me nearly a week to figure out what was causing the stains. Initially I just couldn't believe a designer bag (even a reasonably priced one) would be produced with that level of quality.
