Logo Color is Fading

I ordered this purse for my granddaughter's birthday. She has only carried it for a couple of weeks and the color on the logo is already changing colors. The return window has passed. That is an expensive purchase and now the color is fading is not a good look. Something has to be done. Standing by for a resolution.
