Kensington Drench Leather Belt Bag

I hope this message finds you well. I'm so disappointed and unhappy with my item for the second time. I have to exchange return a black furx leather skirt. And in that I exchanged it for the bag shown here in the picture. After I looking over my purchase, I notice that the item is a returned and used, damaged item. I'm so disappointed because this is the second time, the first time it was lipstick and trash gum etc, the manager gave me a discount but this time its a NO! The corporate office needs to know about this one because we spend alot of money for our items and for it to be damaged it crazy. I think Nordstrom Rack needs to create a mark down for return items so that the people who spend there money on brand new items aren't hurt or disappointed and they are getting there money worth.
