Defective Eye Cream
Opened the container to find a watery mess! The seal was still unbroken, but inside what was supposed to be eye cream was instead separated into watery liquid with a few green globs floating in it. Found this when opened while traveling for Christmas. Have bought this eye cream for years and never before had a problem. Will be returning to the store ASAP upon return!

Questioning the Consistency.
I have used Kiel's before from a different supplier. I'm looking forward to using Nordstrom Rack! I also received a very watery supply on my last purchase of ONLY the KIEL'S "Creamy Eye Treatment". The ONLY thing I can say about my last purchase, is that I'm led to believe that Kiel's may be ceasing the production of their eye cream, and possibly some of
Their other products. It is therefore Wise to contact Kiel's with the problem, and request any response and/or refund from the Manufacturer.
Other means of solving the problem with Kiel's Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado would most likely only lead to Further Difficulty with this particular problem with Kiel's, but only further your problem with recovery of misappropriation of funds, but possibly only cause
futher problems.

Nice, thicker than most (almost too thick as tissue around eyes is more delicate and this needs more effort to get area covered evenly.
