Great boxes!
We’ve had our boxes for four years and they’re still holding up! We recently had an issue with one of the dividers falling in the dishwasher and getting melted - is there any way to purchase a new divider?

Too difficult to open. Not worth it.
We don’t use it because it’s too hard to open- and yes, I read the 4 words of instructions and tried everything with the pressure release but it’s still just too difficult to awkwardly try to pry open. I bought it for my kids to take to school. My husband and I have a difficult time opening it so there’s no way they would be able to. Unfortunately I bought multiple and it feels like I threw money down the drain.

Almost perfect
Deducting 1 star for the clear coat exterior that ended up peeling off after a few uses. Otherwise this is a perfect product and does everything it's supposed to do. Goes from fridge or freezer directly into oven or microwave, food cooks up beautifully, looks and tastes great, and cleans up easily. The lid seals very well. My only complaint is that coating. Bentgo could save some money by just not buying that coated material... Anyway, love it, it's saved me so much money not buying food for lunches during the week, while eating better food (my own) too.

Great lunchbox, but don’t lose anythinf
Love the lunch box, but the vent tab on the top is easily removed and unfortunately my child has thrown away both of them. So now her lunch box is no longer useable because it is not leak proof and air gets to her food and she won’t eat it. And there is no option for to purchase a replacement lid or tabs.

Bad quality
The cover started peeling day 1, just like many of the other pictures you see in the reviews. We had only washed it once by hand. Returned it.
