This is not the material you would expect.
I bought these online, and my daughter wore them once at a pumpkin patch. She fell down, and then they ripped. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed. I called, and they said if you mail them out for a return and the Nordstrom rack does not approve the return or exchange, you don't get the shoes back. I'm an hour away from an actual store. Now I'm more disappointed with everything. I am not buying from this store again.

These are cute and comfy but not nearly the quality the Uggs should be for the price point. I walked in wet grass for 30 seconds and the slippers were soaked and my feet were wet. I would wear them indoor only or on a dry day outside but still disappointed

Stolen Uggs!!!
Never received the Ugg’s ! I ordered one other small jewelry item for free shipping and thats what came in the box. It said my package was delivered in the email but the shoes never showed up. Apparently who ever was packing my box decided they prefer to keep the UGGs and prefer me to pay for them. I never purchased anything from Nordstrom rack before and I won’t be ordering anything again. I called customer service and they’re supposed to put the money back on my charge card. I’ll be holding my breath until I see the money back in my account. This review is making me state where the shoes were true to size, etc. which I have to fill something out in order to submit this, but obviously I have no idea since I never received the shoes for my granddaughter.
