TERRIBLY Disappointed
Ordered the 3pc Kenneth Cole luggage set 2 weeks before my trip, received it in a destroyed box, opened and the smallest luggage was not in box. The stitching on the two pieces I did receive are terrible. Different color threads and very noticeable at the zipper area. Contacted Nordstrom to set up return, was told I'd have to purchase a new box to return the damaged set in. I wouldn't be reimbursed for purchasing a box either. ( HUGE box) also was told they'd send me a link for free shipping on a new set, that never came thru. Was told they'd do 2 day shipping if I purchased a new set, that didn't occur. And also, part of my purchase was put on a Nordstrom gift card. I WAS told by Nordstrom customer service that if I didn't keep that physical gift card, they were unable to send me a refund. However the last lady I spoke to said for me to still return the luggage and she set up a pick up for it. I asked her how I'd be refunded and she could not answer me. I'm shocked at the service and even more so at the quality of the luggage. I understand things go wrong in shipping but to basically tell me and the luggage and that since I'd not kept the gift card I a basically out right at 300.00 . I even offered to send the Ring camera video of the box being delivered destroyed. They did not care
