Doesn’t run true to size and horrible customer ser
Horrible fit and out shipping and return fees. This runs large not true to size at all. I paid $10 for shipping and another $10 for return label. Not cost effective at all when you think about Nordstrom’s reputation with customer service it wasn’t to experience I had expected. Never will I buy online again for them because it’s not a good situation if you need to do a return when you’ve already paid to ship.So VERY DISAPPOINTED AND UNHAPPY WITH MY EXPERIENCE

Runs large & NAVY looks black to me
I've bought more than my share of sandals this season (because most have run small) so I was surprised that these are SO large. They are at least 1 size too long and wide AND they do not look NAVY to me, they look black. They seem like a nice shoe otherwise, but back they go.

Navy Blue is actually black!!!
Ordered twice, because the first time I had them shipped to the store and the Navy Blue appeared black. I returned them during at the pickup counter and ordered the same item while at the counter, not realizing I didn’t choose to have them shipped to the store. I just received my item and again, the Navy Blue appears to be black and I’m out of my shipping cost.

Great shoe wrong color
I have these in black and love them and was so excited that they have them in tan. However, the tan is more of a dark brown almost chocolate, which is clearly different than the picture and not what I wanted. Major bummer
