Stadium Length Puffer Jacket

The coat is great! Beautiful, just like pictures. I normally wear size M, but bought large to allow for winter clothes underneath. After ordering I saw the description that the coat was on a large side and to other a size down. I am glad I didn’t see the description before ordering. L fit just right.

Beautiful coat. Feels warm and the Birch color is very pretty. I like the long length especially for the cold Chicago weather. The one disappointment with this is the sizing. I wear both a large and xlarge depending on the designer label and the cut. I purchased this on a final sale ordering the xlarge thinking that it would fit great with the thickest of my sweatshirts or sweaters. Bad mistake! I should’ve followed the size chart advice and ordered 1 size down. But instead I went with the advice of the reviews where everyone said it’s true to size. I pulled out my thickest sweatshirt and tried on with the XL coat and am very disappointed with how huge the coat still is. Around the chest and stomach, and basically everywhere. Even the shoulders are too big. I am not a thin girl, I’m 5’4, 175lbs, 38D. Adding my details in hopes it will help anyone deciding on which size to order. Am going to wash in hot water and throw in dryer and hopefully that will help with a little shrinking. I called Nordstrom’s customer care and asked if I could please exchange for a large, emphasized that I love the coat and am not trying to do a return as I understand it’s final sale, I just wanted a size down. They were not helpful at all and basically said sorry that’s our policy. Not what I call good customer care/service, especially from Nordstrom. Will have to rethink how much more business I want to give them.
