Keith City Dry^™ Waterproof Bootie (Women)

I bought these as I have a very high instep and cannot get my feet into side-zip or elastic-sided boots. They're well made, sturdy, and have a good indents on the sole. The sole makes the boot heavy, although it's perfect for tromping through northern snow and slush. That being said, however, I'm returning them - the top of the boot is just cut off, there is no padding, no knit cuff, nothing between the cut leather and your ankle. Even with socks, even with pants legs tucked in, it felt like wearing a tin stove pipe.
