Awesome for High Arches
A panel of podiatrists chose these as the best walking shoe for women with high arches. They shift the weight-bearing back from the ball of my foot and stabilize my heels so that I don't continually twist my ankles. The toe box is ample for my foot. If you don't have high arches, they probably aren't for you. I'm 73 and these are the best walking shoes I have ever worn.

They run small
I'm glad I read the reviews before ordering these shoes. I normally wear a 9 in hiking and walking shoes but ordered these in a 9 1/2. I could barely get them on. I took them off and really loosened up the laces. Then loosened them some more. Now they feel great. They provide a lot of arch support.

Love the idea, hate the feel
I love all my keen shoes, and I was excited to try these. I loved the color and needed new walking shoes. They are too narrow, they don’t have the toe space keens typically have. I’m disappointed because I really wanted to like them.
