Disappointed with your service
I did not receive the product. Nordstrom said the shoe which I very much wanted to take on vacation were delivered but not to my house. In the directions I asked to have them delivered to my address but according to your company they were delivered to a box in somewhere in The Villages but no one could tell me where or tried to help me track where they were delivery. After buying several items online from Nordstrom and having such success I was very disappointed in the company’s response. However I was grateful that they gave me a total refund but I would have rather had the shoes. To top it off when I tried to reorder the shoes you were out of my size.
