knott north & south phone crossbody bag

I have been very happy with this bag, and use it for work, 5 days a week. I purchased it in June 2022. Unfortunately, after approx. 5 months of wear, the leather that connects the chain to the top part of the bag, under the top flap, gave way. The inside of the bag is perfect for your cell phone, credit cards, and maybe a few other very small items. The leather stain does not come off on to clothes, as happened with another bag of approximately the same price, different brand, that I had purchased at Nordstrom earlier -- this bag was to replace that bag. Only other negative is that the chain will mess up your top, if it is made of any of those super soft synthetic fibers, like polyester 94%, spandex 6%. But given all the positives compared to the negatives, I still give this bag 4 stars. I am having the leather strap repaired, so that I can wear it again, and letting Kate Spade know of the failure.

Cute bag, and i really wanted something small. But this bag is way too small. I was hoping to put my iPhone max, and keys and wallet in. But this bag only fits either phone and small wallet or phone and car keys ( doesn’t fit it all together). And forget about space for anything extra. only 3 star as it is way overpriced for such a small bag
