Tote was poorly and incompetently packaged it was made to fit inside of a small poly mailer bag instead of being put into a box that was big enough to fit the bag without needing to compromise the shape. The bag has a big crease that looks like it was folded in half. There was no tissue or packaging paper put so it didn't even stand a chance of holding its shape.

I bought this for my granddaughter who is 17. She picked this nice bag out herself. She was trying to change her image for her last year in high school. She just loves this big bag. She couldn't believe the price was as low as it was. I'm so very happy that she loves it. The purse is very well made. I even had to buy a purse for myself. I would recommend these purses to others as well. They seem like they'll hold up for a long time.
