blake leather saddle bag

I got the one in white and I love it! It's classic and elegant and will elevate any outfit, yet can be worn casually too...so very versatile in my opinion. I've been looking for a cute white crossbody for a long time and I think this is the one. It's a bright white (not cream nor grayish nor yellow toned which is what I've usually found to be the case with "white" bags). It feels like a nice quality bag and what you'd expect for a Kate Spade bag. I love crossbody bags that have an external slip pocket and detachable shoulder straps because I hate having the buckle going across my chest. This one has both these features. It's not a large roomy bag but it does have a zipper interior pocket and divided compartments to fit the essentials. You can't overstuff it though so something to be aware of if you have a lot of things you like to carry. I was expecting to not like it but I really am pleased with it and for the price and look/quality, I think it's perfect!

The Blake Leather Saddle Bag from Kate Spade New York is a great crossbody bag. I now have three colors: Cranberry Cocktail, Black, and a soft dusty Blue. These are definitely my go-to bags - the perfect size for my needs, plus well-designed and very nice leather. There is an outside slip pocket on the back that is just right for my phone, and a double compartment under the magnetic closure flap - the larger one has a fabric divider to make it into two compartments and a zipper pocket, the smaller one holds my key fob and keys (or my passport, when needed). This might be the perfect purse.
