No Box!
The picture shows a box, the item came to me loosely in a drawstring bag. When I called customer service, they told me I should not expect it to have a box because it came from Nordstrom rack and not Nordstrom. All pictures of this brand show a box included. Don’t expect one and don’t expect Nordstrom to help you..
