I’ll never own a better designed shoe. It has kitties in sunglasses (fave), sunglasses (I’m a collector) and best of all…my initials KL! These shoes were literally designed for me. LOL The fit is somewhat snug at first, but adjusting the shoelaces helps loosen them up. If they’re still too snug, the material is soft enough for a stretcher. I do wish the tongue was a bit shorter, because it digs into my tendons, but it feels like I’ll be able to break in the edge so it’s not as stiff. Other than those issues, the shoes a sturdy & very comfortable, even on my foot that had major reconstruction surgery 2 months ago & is still very swollen & often times painful. Because it’s somewhat snug, the shoe doesn’t rub against my 3 large scars. My other foot is still flat & my ankle still pronated & the shoe feels & looks good on it, too. Minimal pooching at the outer edge on that shoe from the pronation. I do recommend wearing thin no-show socks, because the shoes aren’t breathable & the interior material is the same faux leather as the exterior, which causes my feet to sweat. I know it sounds like I’m complaining a lot, but the truth is I’d absolutely buy these again! They’re very well made, don’t make my size 10 feet look big & look really great! I’m so happy with my new shoes & look forward to more designs in this classic style from the other KL, Karl Lagerfeld.
