Fits oddly
This dress is a lighter blue than midnight. Has more of a royal blue tint to it. It’s large in the chest and makes me look much bigger than I am. Tight in the hips and below the knee on me. I’m 5’7”. I’ll return this dress because it’s tight in some areas and loose in others.

Nice dress for the price
The dress runs large, and length is a little below the knee. Had to order one size down. It is not fitted through the waist, so it is forgiving if you need a little extra room there. It has a cute neckline.
