Metallic Long Sleeve Midi Dress

I was excited about this dress when I saw it on Style with Kate about holiday dressing. The material was a little scratchy, but that isn't too out of the ordinary for metallic patterns. What bothered me the most was the neckline. It was like there was extra material so it bunched and gathered on parts that weren't part of the gathering/ruffle pattern. With all the other ruffles and ties, it looked sloppy on me. It did it even when I tied the neck tie. Otherwise, it was cute. The top layer is see through and there is a black satin-y slip that comes with it.
