Not for short people
the upper part is true to size. I wear a medium and it fit fine. Im 36C with a pop belly, it was fine. However im only 5'1 and the dress fell below my knee. I have to get it altered to be shorter, along with the sleeves (bit long too for short people). But the design is lux, fabric is lux.
