Disappointed

In person this dress is neon and the ruffle bottom is very thick. It fit well and maybe another color would be better. I knew it had a lot of mixed reviews but tried it anyway. I love Nordstrom for the ease of returns.

Nice Dress!

This is a well made dress. I didn't keep it because, while it fits well around the waist, it was very loose around my chest and hip. The tangerine is like a neon tangerine, not the soft color on the website. I will try a different size and color. The ruffles on the bottom are really pretty and the dress feels nice and substantial.
