Prettier in person, but wish it came in petite
It was hard to rate this, because the dress is so beautiful but didn't work for me. The fabric is gorgeous in person--not heavy but stiff enough to hide bulges. There are some sequins, but they add a subtle shimmer. The sleeves are just so pretty! Most sleeves make a cocktail dress look like it's for the elderly, but these sleeves just add interest (and warmth). The wine color is true to the online photo, and a beautiful shade. The proportions, however, were not made for a short person with narrow shoulders. It would be lovely on a tall woman with a small bust.
