Kelssa Boot - Wide Width

I love these boots! I have been looking for dark brown boots to with a medium heel and without a pointy toe to wear to work. In other words, comfortable! I loved these when I saw them, but was a bit concerned that the heel might be too skinny and not be comfortable for walking. However, as soon as I tried them on, I knew they'd be perfect! I have worn them three times now and am so glad I took the chance.

These boots are gorgeous and comfortable!!! I broke my ankle this year and I'm replacing all of my boots with kitten heels. I was able to walk with these and not worry about falling. Buy them!!!!

They didn’t fit my foot properly

Absolutely lovely boot. Extremely comfortable. The insert feels like it has extra memory foam making this boot very comfortable to walk in. The fit is spot on.

I ordered the wide-width version; however, the standard-width version was delivered. Although the box is labeled as wide width, the shoes themselves are not wide. As you see in my photo, I am certain of this because I already own the wide-width version, and this was my second purchase. I compared the two pairs directly and can confirm that the pair I received is not the wide-width version. For your reference, the wide version (size 7½) measures 3.5 inches in width. The pair I received measures approximately 3.1 inches in width, which appears to be the standard width, not the wide version. Based on this, I will be returning the item.
