Darlin Multi Strap Mary Jane Flat (Women)

I really wanted to like these shoes. They look stylish, but I had to return for two reasons. The shoe itself is wide, but the toe area is narrow and rubbed the top of my toes. My big toe stuck out through the man-made material, and if I had kept them on, in a few minutes, it would have made a permanent, unsightly dent.

I ordered these in black patent in a wide. My feet aren't wide, but I have slight bunions so wanted extra space. While these fit comfortably in the width, the toe box isn't "tall" so I felt pressure on top of my big toes and could see them pressing up on the top of the toe box. I have normal sized toes, so this is a construction problem with the way the toe box narrows down in height towards the tip of the shoe. Really disappointed because I like the look of the shoe and the width.
