Could not get return code

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed to return because I bought this olive color by mistake and did all the steps and it stopped when trying to click on the item I needed to return. Is that so I can't return them ? What steps do I take to get help ?

Great quality- runs narrow.

It’s a beautiful shoe. Too bad it runs narrow. I had to send back.

Great find!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a difficult time finding shoes that are fashionable, yet comfortable. I work a lot of conventions and these shoes are perfect. I'll share more once I wear them, but they fit beautifully
