Selena 06 Bootie (Women)

I was looking for a nice, leather calf boot but they’re close to impossible to find. I stumbled upon these initially on Nordstrom site, liked them but twice, I was sent a worn boot. So disappointing & would’ve never expected such from Nordstrom. Finally when I found them here & less expensive, I decided to give it a try. Got a good pair. They’re soft, warm & comfortable. Only wish they were waterproof.

I do like the brand Josef Seibel already. I have a few pairs of shoes and booties from Josef Seibel. The leather is always soooo soft, no break-in ever needed whatsover. For this bootie specifically, I love the style a lot. It’s warm, but also very elegant, not too bulky (not a fan of very bulky booties etc). I bought my usual size of 8, which fit fine.

I have cycled through many pairs of combat boots since age 13 and never felt like I found the perfect pair. Now, at 32, I have found them. They are lightweight but sturdy. High quality. Perfect height. Perfect middle ground for dressing them up or down. Decent tread without adding too much bulk. I am aware that combat boots aren’t really in style anymore. I don’t care. These are too good to pass up and fashion will cycle around again.
