Defective
Although the shoes appear and feel comfortable, unfortunately, the right shoe makes an unusual noise with every step. I purchased a pair in-store and wore them, hoping that the issue would resolve, but it persists. Unfortunately, the store will not accept my return because I have already worn them. I subsequently purchased a second pair online, and to my surprise, the right side of the second pair also makes the same noise. Therefore, I will return the second pair since I have not worn it.

Defective
Although the shoes appear and feel comfortable, unfortunately, the right shoe makes an unusual noise with every step. I purchased a pair in-store and wore them, hoping that the issue would resolve, but it persists. Unfortunately, the store will not accept my return because I have already worn them. Way more comfortable than I imagined they would be. They are not too heavy, offer great support, and look dressy without being to stuffy.
