Great shoe
Unfortunately these were not available in my size. I tried a pair that was a size too big and really wish they had been in my size, because they are very comfortable and well-made.

Almost good
I tried to clean them with a damp towel and the minimal moisture discolored the leather. It is a shame because they are comfortable but made with cheap materials.

Great shoe

Almost 5 star.
The good…extremely comfortable, great color, soft leather.
The bad…sizing was off. I normally wear a 10 or 10.5. These are 1/2 size too big.

These were really comfortable and bouncy, but ultimately they were too heavy to keep them, the sole is unique and a weird off-white, but it adds too much weight.

Sheepskin Can Be A Cruel Misstress
I think it's important to say these have excellent fit, softness, looks and the grey "leather" is a nice material. I bought these to add to my wardrobe as I was missing a casual sneaker that I could mix into casual office wear with a suit.
The name is a bit deceiving as leather does not refer to cow but infact sheepskin. I had not purchased sheepskin in many years as those of you who have owned it know it is sensitive, stains, and mars easily. Hence why I stick to more robust "leathers". After trying these on I decided they were quite comfortable and was willing to give them a try.
They like all Johnston and Murphy shoes are super comfortable and look stunning with a suit. I'm not crazy about the cream colored sole but it's growing on me. I wore these to a casual dining party with my favorite grey suit and recieved many compliments.
The negatives are they tend to not breathe very well due to sheepskin uppers. The event I was at was indoor and outdoor and when the temperature exceeded 75°F these shoes became very hot and muggy feeling. Not a huge issue for me but if you are the type that have sweaty feet or are bothered by this I'd reconsider because the ventilation is not good.
It also sheepskin so it will mar to any abrasion and stain from water or other items that come into contact. These are a no go if you will be in moist conditions or if any possibility of rain or snow exists. As pictured my youngest dropped a single piece of spaghetti noodle on to my shoe, plain noodle nothing on it and I brushed it off immediately. The stain will not go away even after blotting with a lightly spritzed microfiber and allowing corn starch to sit on stain for 48 hours.
